It sounds like it could be a disease called "Ich". Ich is a free-swimming parasite that swims around until it finds a host. Once it finds a host, it attaches itself and begins it's reproductive process. But before you try anything, you may want to google the symptoms your fish have, or even ask the people at your local fish store to help you properly diagnose the disease.
But if this is Ich, you may want to try the following:
1. Head to your local fish store and pick up some medication specifically for treating Ich (and similar diseases), an aquarium heater, aquarium thermometer, aeration stones, air pump, plastic tubing (to attach stones to pump) and aquarium salt (that is if you don't have any of these things on hand).
2. Add the thermometer to the tank, then add the heater and raise the temperature of your tank to about 85-88F.
3. Connect aeration stones to the pump and add stones to the aquarium. This is necessary because sometimes Ich affects the gills of the fish and this allows them to breathe better. Also, the warmer the water the less oxygen it can hold. Combined, Ich, the warm water, and the medication you will be adding might freak your fish out, and the aeration stones will help reduce the stress on your fish.
4. Add the salt and medication to your tank as stated in the directions on their respective boxes
5. Do large (40% at least) water changes on a daily basis.
Eventually you'll see these spots starting to clear up.
If Ich is the cause of this growth, that should cure it, though it may take a little while.
The good news is that I've heard that after fish recover from Ich once, they probably won't get it again. Let's hope that's the case! Good luck!

This is a fungus. I think that you could either treat your whole tank or just put this one in an isolation tank, the others wont get it unless they have been weakend by another kind of disease. Some fungus spores are always living in the tank and they attack when the immune systems are low. You should find a good medicine that will get rid of fungus on fish. Although- You should treat for at least 10 days as it is kindof hard to get rid of, and others will tell you that even IF the symptoms go away still keep treating until the 10 days are up; it might come back so you really want to wipe it out. I suggest any Mardel product will work. They are a good strong medicine plus they can be used together. :] Things that treat it: Malachite GREEN (not blue), salt, increased heat, methylene blue, formalin, MarOxy, Melafix, or Pimafix.. Things like that. Good luck with your mollys :] By the way this is often brought on by these things: poor water conditions, stress, being bullied by another fish. Did you test your water parameters are they alright?

It is fungus. So to the petstore and pick up some medication that treats fungus....your other fish probably have it with out seeing signs too so just put it in the main tank and clean it out really well.
Or you could just flush it and get a new fish so you don't have to pay all that money.
