I was gonna see what type of thing you were going to copy and paste. there are different ways.... you can, as everyone said, hold down the mouse and drag it across the text, entire paragraph or page or picture, and then rt click and select copy and then go to whatever page or other site, or other program you want to copy it to and then, right click again and select paste. Or, you can do the same thing with a whole file document, to move it to another sub heading... or info you find on the web same thing... and in yahoo, there are pictures on the top of the bar where you start typing and it has two papers atop of each other, well that means copy and the one where it looks like a paper ontop of the clipboard, that means paste... so you can also use those whenever you are on a yahoo site, most sites do have these also... Good luck.. hit me up if I can help you with anything... also if you want to copy something really long, just hold down the control key when you hit copy and then take your mouse or scroll down and hit the last place to copy and click and it will copy the WHOLE thing.... Like if you want to delete a certain amount of files, I hit control and click with mouse and then i scroll down with the side bar and do the same thing and wahh lahh! Its gone... after saying yes to delete.
Elumination!

Take the mouse and click on the first word of the text and don't let go. Now drag it around. High lite everything that you wanna copy. Once that is done let go of the mouse button. Press keystrokes Ctrl and c. Now go to the place you wanna paste the text like MS notepad for example. Click the the white space and press keystrokes Ctrl and v.
Have fun.

Hold down the left mouse button and drag it over the area you want to copy.
The area will be highlighted (changes color).
Keep the mouse pointer over the highlighted area (if you left-click outside the highlighted area, it will cancel) and press the right mouse button.
A menu will pop up - select "copy".
The information is now temporarily saved. To paste it into your web-page, press the right mouse button again and select "paste".

Now right-click where you want to paste the copied text, and choose "paste" from the pop-up menu.
