rubber stamps and ink
rubber stamps and dishwasher detergent (on colored paper)
carved linoleum blocks.
You can also dip just about anything with any kind of texture into paint and stamp with that (pine cones, yarn, strings of oddly shaped beads)

If you are good at carving wood, you can do wood blocks, it has been around from at least 2000 BC China. Block printing was also used to print early Chinese paper money. In fact they invented paper money.
