wow ... that's actually quite concerning

not surprised it happened in FL, they don't like free thinkers much down in them parts

but I think I like this kid;

Meyer has his own Web site and it contains several "comedy" videos that he appears in. In one, he stands in a street with a sign that says "Harry Dies" after the latest Harry Potter book was released. In another, he acts like a drunk while trying to pick up a woman in a bar.

The site also has what is called a "disorganized diatribe" attributed to Meyer that criticizes the Iraq war, the news media for not covering the conflict enough and the American public for paying too much attention to celebrity news.

... sound right on the money to me

No that is how the democrats against this war should be dealt with. The article failed to mention he was a journalist student. This news video even got a minute this moring on the Today show, if he was a known Republican; Matt Lauer would never of said the situation needed to be looked into futher!

He isn't a repub, just a butthead student trying to make trouble. Darn shame, the cops knew how to treat punkslike him in 68. Ask anyone that was in Chicago.

I read the article and it gives us no clue as to whether the disruptive person was a conservative or liberal. His behavior was that associated with liberals who say they believe in freedom of speech yet they do all they can to silence conservatives. Kerry didn't seem to mind. Is Kerry the person you are asking about here, and is your true intent to justify the shouting down of Republicans?

Why? Can't deal with us on the issues? You would think that Kerry, with his 3 Purple Hearts in 3 months would have been able to handle a mere college student asking a question. Sounds like his security are a bit over-protective. Wonder why?

The tasered person was a liberal who was mad at Kerry for not contesting the election results in 04.

So yes, this is how 'Democrats' should be treated.

No everyone should be heard as long as they give an opinion at a suitable time and in a suitable way.

That kid is a democrat.....read the story......"criticizes the Iraq war"?

Why don't you learn reading comprehension skills, before you post a Republican question.
