probably you know they either love the sound of their own voice or don't know when to quit people like that should listen once in a while I mean it is so rude when they are talking for like 10 minutes stop and as soon as you open your mouth to udder a word they start blabbering on for what seems like an eternity I think someone should go and say to their face stop talking

I think insecure people feel the need to overexplain and jabber too much. If you say "I understand", or "I got it", or the best,"I agree with you", it may help. Also people that are normally isolated and seldom get the chance to be around others will overtalk. There is a joke and I don't have the numbers right but I found it funny. It is the idea that women use about 30,000 words a day while a man only uses 10,000, so if she asks him what he did for the day he will say, "nothing", because his words are used up already. lol Mmm

No, the excessive talkers I know usually, that is USUALLY, have substantial things to say. What I don't like is when they repeat themselves. I think they just like the sound of their stupid ideas about important things.
