I've received a personal check from ebay, but here(Brazil)there are no representatives of the bank they used to issue it and the local banks charge an abusive tax to withdraw it.So,a friend of mine is going to US in some days and I will endorse the check so she can withdraw it for me,I searched on google and find this info,is it really that simple or I need to write something else?
1. Sign your name at the top
2. Write "Pay to the order of John Doe"
3. John Doe needs to sign below that

Here are a pic of the fron and the back of the check

Well you actually described everything perfectly correctly. All you have to do is sign the BACK side of the check where it says: "Endorse Here", you could also write: the following after the signature: "Make Payable to the order of ..." or just sign and don't write anything.
What I also suggest is make a copy of a government photo Id with your signature on it, so when your friend is trying to cash the check in the US, they have some sort of proof that this IS your signature. Does your friend have a bank account in the US? If yes, that will be the easiest, if no he will probably need to go to a Currency Exchange office or find the bank that the check is issued from.
Your friend will probably need to also sign a check when he is in front of a cashier, I suggest that your friend doesn't sign the check in advance.
Good luck.

Also, you can go to www.wellsfargo.com and try finding if there is a branch in the city where your friend is going to visit.

I believe you can. You need to have it made, then go to your bank. Have the stamp added to your signature card. There is some risk involved in this. If you lose the stamp or someone else gets ahold of it, the bank will consider it a valid endorsement.
