The birth of both of my kids

Well I can tell you of three, marrying my husband 24 years ago. Having my son 22 years ago and then having my daughter 17 years ago. I couldn't imagine my world being any differently and I am so thankful for what I do have. Then of course back in 2004 I was fired from my job, right after which my husband had a heart attack and I found him on the floor having a seizure and foaming at the mouth. Somehow or another I found the strength to lift him off of the floor after pounding on his chest to make him start breathing again. Luckly I was able to pick him up and lay him on the bed while we were waiting for the ambulance to get there. Had I not lost my job, he would have been a goner! I would have found him hours later dead on the bedroom floor.

During my lifetime we landed and walked on the moon. Came up with personal computers that have revolutionized the world, and saw the fall of Communist Russia and we had the Internet created.

Of all those, I'd have to say the creation of the internet. It brings the worlds information to your finger tips. It can be used for good or bad but thankfully most use it for good.

The birth of my son (first child) followed very closely by the birth of my daughter (second child). Everything else that has happened in my life pales by comparison.
