Legally, no. But after those people got arrested at a Bush rally in 2004 (on the Fourth of July) with shirts that had Bush's name inside a red circle with a slash through it, or people getting thrown off a plane for prying in the terminal, or when a woman was thrown off a plane for breastfeeding, I suppose anything could happen.
I don't believe 9/11 was an inside job, but I acknowledge and defend your right to express whatever views you wish, as long as they are in accordance with the law.

Yes you can be arrested for anything. Would it be legal probably not but the police get a lot of leeway. I thought when they put there hands on that student at the Kerry UF Speech forum and tazered him they were over the line but they'll get away with it.

Not exactly, but you will be inviting a lot of scrutiny and hostility from the law enforcers. You might end up getting arrested for something stupid like jay walking, loitering, or some law you've never heard of.

Not in the United States. That's the beauty of freedom of speech. As crazy as that opinion might be, you are free to have it and free to express it without being put in jail.

No of course not, you have every right to look like a dimbulb in public. We don't have a requirement that you meet minimum intelligence standards to go out in public.

Freedom of speech....no, you cannot be arrested. I would be careful, though. Most of us are pretty sensitive about that day.

You will absolutely be arrested...Freedom of speech does not exist under the Bush administration...check out the couple in Charleston, WV who wore t-shirts with Bush's face on them...they were arrested...
