um, no i personally dont know, but here are some pointers
blond: go for either a dark color or something that matches eyes
fairskins look best in dark colors or bright colors
brunette/medium skin tone: try bright colors like hot pink, neon green, turquoise, or something like that
dark skin: go for a sunny color or a pastel
black hair looks good with alot of stuff nomatter your skin tone, and since anything goes with black, its really easy to pick out a complimenting color, but keep in mind that lots of bling can weigh down dresses and overdo it, and whatever your overall complexion is, go for a contrasting color, or maybe your favorite color
