Let's define personality first. Your personality is created thru the genetic propensity of your parents. Your personality is trapped inside a human body. The human body respond to the voice, the personality. The human body obeys the personality if the human body is not trained. You are what you think, you are what you eat, you look like you think and you look like what you eat.

You think you eat healthy, you don't. The behavior of the untrained human body is to eat food loaded with sugar and stale toxic oils like Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil or Corn Oil. 99 % of the oils on the market are toxic to the human body. Only 2 oils are good for the human body: Olive Oil and Coconut Oil.
How come you did not know that... because you have to be trained to eat healthy. Obesity is an epidemic in America.

What you eat will affect what you look like. Look around, look at people at WalMart. Do you put sugar in your gas tank ? Why do you eat all your food with sugar in it. Processed sugar will deform you, obesity is an epidemic. Then you wonder why you have diabetes.

If you love your body and treat it healthy, you will radiate. Become your own best friend with your body and I swear everyone will look at you. I wanted a sexy body and I got it because I eat healthy, very healthy. Tons of fruits and vegetable, RAW is the key to feeding the body properly.

So to the point and to answer your question, yes your behavior/personality does indeed affect your looks/appearance ! Beware of your personality, it can disfigure you.

It does if you are frowning or grimacing or smiling often. Any facial expression done repeatedly, which may reflect your personality, will cause lines and wrinkles to develop as you age. Also your personality will affect the colors you wear, choices of clothing, hair style, etc- so in that way yes.

Also- people perceive you differently based on your personality. For example if you smile alot they might think you are nice or friendly or more attractive.

But not in any other way.

behavior does, obviously. If I wear makeup, that's a behavior and it affects my appearance.
Personality? I don't have any idea if or how that affects appearance.

People have said that I look like Paul Newman and I'm not a tough guy on a chain gang, so now I don't think the two things are related.

It's all about perspective. Often we will percieve others by how they act, when we reflect back, their looks and behaviour will often interlink and create a mental image of this individual. Though its not 100% related, if you are on drugs, and your attitude is negative, your looks may deteriorate to mirror your personality; and so on.

I think so. Haven't you ever seen a really hot girl start to look sort of ugly when she was acting like a real *****? I know that I look prettier when I am happy and in a good mood.

You need to make a video of yourself and decide. I know when I see myself on tape I feel my silliness and need to always find the humorous side of life goes in contrast to the serious beauty I see in the mirror when I complete my makeup routine.

Absolutely. If I see a good looking person and they are a jerk they become ugly. If they have a good heart and a good personality as well it makes them even more beautiful!
