1800 Iraqis DIED in August alone and over 3,700 American Soldiers have died in about 4.5 years. BILLIONS of dollars (9 BILLION to be exact) went missing from Iraq and THOUSANDS of weapons went missing from Iraq and things are improving how? The buildings that are being built over there aren't passing inspections and then there are the private US contractors who hire security forces who fire indiscriminately on Iraqis and US soldiers and it's costing us over 10 BILLION a month. How have things improved in Iraq?
Bush has nothing to do with the economy. His tax cuts went disproportionately to the RICHEST 1% of the country and every week we hear rumors of a looming recession, that the fed had to cut interest rates to keep the US economy from falling into a recession. And the economy is improving how?And then the JOKE of all JOKES is that you cite a Fox News story as your source!

Yeah, real smart to use Fox News as a source, makes your argument OH SO CREDIBLE.
Ok, enough sarcasm. The economy is booming? Since when? The economy under bush has been on a relatively consistent downturn, with a few small rises in between. This is just another small rise, and when it falls too, your point will fizzle.
Oh, and even if that doesn't, liberals will not dismiss what's happened. We will not dismiss over 3,000 troops dead, or at least 600,000 Iraqis. We will not dismiss being several trillion dollars in debt. And we will most certainly not dismiss how it all came to happen. Those things don't just go away.

We’re still in Iraq losing lives and spending 2 billion dollars a week. The Federal Reserve is cutting interest rates in an attempt to stave off a recession. It never ceases to amaze me how far some people will go to bash liberals—even to the extent of presenting an alternate universe version of events.

I am not aware of Iraq calming down and the economy improving. Alan Greenspan should know.

You're delusional. The economy is booming? That's a joke. Guess that's why they had to lower the interest rates today. Geez...what do you expect from faux news anyways?

I think us liberals, and the conservatives who agree, and the retired generals allowed to speak their mind who agree, we will continue be upset because Bush isn't making plans to reduce troops

and actually, the best improved parts are trading with Iran

Iraq is calming down? Ok then, why not bring ALL the troops home.
People are losing their houses as the mortgage business collapeses and a recession is right around the corner.
Even if you are right.....liberals and all types can complain about the last 6 years of the worst leadership this country has seen.

I like how people with no credible evidence for their statement try to make it sound reasonable by adding the clause ", fact." as if that were a magic word.

Maybe they think it is?
