my son has his penis about 4.5-5 inches and i am a little worried

I wouldn't be worried, he sounds normal, ask your male relatives (what about your son's dad) or (father, brother, or uncle), this will give you a better idea what size runs in your family....if, you haven't seen any personally....
I'm a bit curious, why you would even know your son's penis size. Teenager's are very self conscience about the opposite sex parent seeing their bodies.

Wow My penis is smaller then that and im age 16.
Man this sucks. Tell him to eat healthly foods. Being skinny is not good. Dont miss out on meals.
Dont play with himself a lot. Gaining weight and height is good.Oh yeah and very important.
DONT SMOKE weed, do drugs or steriods.
You will pay for doing that. Some only effect you by a little while others a lot.

That's a normal size. Especially for his age. The average size is 5"-6.6". He's fine. Don't be worried.

Average is 5.1 to 6.2 inches. Puberty ends between 16 and 21 so you have plenty of time to still develop.
