Sorry if this is gross to you at all! I just really need some answers here! xD

I'm a 16 year old girl...about 5 foot 4 and 160 lbs.

For about a month I've been eating like I always have, but I haven't been able to poop. About every other day if I sit and push for a long time I can get out a little tiny bit, maybe only an inch long.

Where is my food going???? Is there a giant plug in there or something?? Is there any chance this could be a sign of diabetes, because it runs in my family?

I can't really go to a doctor. I'm going through a family crisis right now and this is the least of my problems.

Thanks to all answerers. :)

What you need to do is drink a lot of water. This will help the poop go softer and come out. Try eating papaya or plum, they will with constipation. If this doesn't work then go to the pharmacy and buy a laxative. Good luck pooping. jeje

Two types of foods will help-
1) Flax powder and flax oil -eat 20g each a day and drink some water after eating. Flax contains 25-30% dietary fibre. Flax oil is very high in Omega-3.
2) Fresh veges and fruits. Enzymes helps to pass.
Most of my patients find smooth passing after 3-5 days and never have problem again.

Alternative way - To make it happen quickly, you can dirnk 10 OZ of coffee in the morning. Yu should get response within 20 minutes. However, if you keep on drink coffee, you will get adapted to it.

girl go to a doctor now when i was a kid a friend of mine had that same problem (male 161/2yo) went about 6wks and almost died started feeling sick around week 5 come to find out he had a bowel obstruction in the upper colon he ate fine until he started feeling sick His organs started to shut down and if you think are having a "family crisis" now try dying on them (i think that would be a major personal/family problem)if it is something minor GL but I would hate to do that to my family if it is something more then you stopped it before it causes something to happen to you. Besides you would be suprised at how a family crisis disappears or gets put off when one of the kids are sick.

This should not be the least of your problems.... I know a family crisis seems important, but so is your health. Try a stool softener like colase (spelling?). See if this helps.... If not I would definatley call your doctor and take time out one day to go to an appointment....
