Try Walgreen's it's a local drugstore and they have a lot to choose from when it comes to facial products and of course other things as well-I'm sure you'll find something in there to help your problem;)

For your lips, use lip balm, medicated. They have all different kinds for different lip problems.
Maybe doing a natural lip balm would help as well.
For the skin around your nose, I sympathize with you, because that happens to my skin. I go and get facials every 1-1/2 months, and boy do those facials give me the most BEAUTIFUL, bronzed colored skin ever. You will not only see a significant change in your dry skin, but also in your whole facial skin area. Soft, smooth, radiant, glowing, and beautiful skin. It gets you noticed A LOT.
Us beautiful girls are naturally beautiful, but there ARE things that need to be done to enhance your natural beauty.

Wow... thats a mouthful :]] Hair- 1 John Frieda for redheads.. or to be cheaper try Pantene for redheads.. [you'll know what im talking about] 2 Those shampoos and conditioners above do that for you 3 I think you should keep it they way it is, but add alot more choppy layers MakeUp 1 Use Play it up by Almay for blue eyes 2 Make sure its not shiny because then all the attention goes there 3 Make sure you use a mosturizer that has SPF, To look flawless, get one thats slightly tinted, And to cover up acne or blemishes... Use Neutrogena Clean titn because it heals as it covers up 4 Practically all of the Big names 5 All thats needed is maybe some eyeliner and mascara and lipgloss... if you want to put eyeshadow, make sure its not a color, but rather a light shimmer with a tint 6 Overnight, use Johnson&Johnsons Baby Oil Gel, sounds weird, but deff. works. In the morning, use daily face lotion and create a habit of it A good brand for dry skin is Olay Quench.. anddddddd they make these types of nail polish that tastes bad, and helps them to grow faster... im pretty sure its sally hansen... but not positive... CVS has it thoughh Hope this helps :]]]

for your lips, I would use Berts Bees Balm. They sell it all over the place- its not very expensive... but if you need something cheaper go with vasaline. (my lips are horrid in the winter- Berts Bees works for me sooo well.)
There's a skin care line called "luminescent." and they have a facial hydrator. Im not sure if that is sold locally or nationally though. Otherwise I would use Clean and Clear hydrating lotion. (my friend has dry skin on her forehead)
