Depends...if you dont have hands, then the mind would be stronger.. but then again if you lost your mind then your hands would be the stronger, but in saying that the hands would not have any strength as your mind controls then.
If you understand that answer your mind is stronger, if not, i would say ya hands!!

The power of the mind ---because they say mind over matter is most powerful --the hands get the power from the mind but i say the power of the hands that rock the cradle is the most powerful ---as the hands have built the computer with the mind as a partner and both have shared the power to send a man on the moon and now have built the nuclear bomb to destroy both the hand and the mind forever so as long as the mind is in check the hand will not press the destructive trigger button --lets hope !

The power of the mind is stronger than the power of the hand, but it also depends on what you are referring to. If you are trying to hit somebody then definitely the power of the hand it is stronger.
