Same habitat means they live in the same place.
Different niche means that they play different roles in that habitat.

If my yard is the habitat, then organisms with different niches are:
1. bees (pollinate the flowers, feed on the nectar, nest in the ground)
2. squirrels (feed on the acorns, walnuts, other seeds; plant seeds for the trees; nest in the trees)
3. robins (feed on insects and worms; nest on the smaller branches of the trees)
4. mosquitoes (feed on plant fluids and blood; food for bats and birds; lay eggs in the water)
5. rabbits (feed on clover and other plants; nest in the brush)

As long as they don't do exactly all the same things and have exactly all the same requirements, then they have different niches.
