I'm pretty sure it's a 1/4 pound before they cook it, so it's not quite a 1/4 pound by the time they serve it.

the weight is a pre cooked 1/4 pound. it loses mass during cooking.

It's a quarter of a pound - four ounces - before it's cooked. In metric, it's 113.5 grams.

Weight = mass x gravity.

If the weight is 0.25 pounds and gravity is 32.16 ft/sec*2, then I think you can figure out the answer.
