Very. That's why marriage is ever fragile and that's why it's so important not to be a bull in a china shop when it comes to respecting your partner's feelings. After loving someone,you can never go back to liking them. Love when it ends tends to turn into hate.

I think so. I've heard it said that love and hate are opposite sides of the same coin, and I'm inclined to agree. When love goes wrong, things can turn very, very ugly. I don't think I'd care enough to hate someone if I hadn't tried to love them first.
