Well I would go as far as to call myself a conservative due some of my more liberal views regarding gay marriage and the legalization of drugs. But I am FAR from a liberal! So if I had to pick something about the Republicans that I don't support? It would have to be their inability to be flexible on certain issues. If republican leaders got up in front of the American people more to explain themselves and their plans for the country instead of assuming that they can do whatever they want because they were elected, they might not have such low approval ratings.

Enough that I'm not even sure which party I belong to anymore.

Regardless of which, I disapprove of their stance on the war in Iraq. Both have equally unrealistic plans.

Republicans claim our current plan will give Iraq the time it needs to succeed. Democrats claim leaving will put enough pressure on Iraq that they'll quit screwing around and solve their own problems.

Iraq will most likely dissolve into a civil war lasting at least 20 years and there's nothing we can do about it (any solution has to come from some great leader emerging from Iraq, not from an outsider). Face up to it and explain how we deal with a failed Iraq. Explain the plan for keeping a failed Iraq from turning into a major regional war spanning the entire MidEast.

My dream is a debate where the moderator asks one of the candidates, "Name a country that resolved their civil war through sharing power peacefully in a democratic government and explain how you'll apply lessons learned from that example to Iraq." Now that would be a "deer in the headlights" moment to remember.

I'm a Democrat who is against gun control.

If you are talking about particular campaigners, I'm not going to form an opinion on the health care and immigration solutions just yet. Heath care is tricky, and we need to expand coverage without sacrificing what works so well for us. And immigration--could everyone just agree to close the border first, and figure out what comes second later? Nothing gets done until that happens.

On President Bush

1. Refusing to enforce the border
2. That joke of an amnesty bill
3. His spending
4. Medicare part D
5. Refusing to force the issue on allowing people to opt out of social security.
6. Most of the way he fought the war in Iraq. I would have allowed soldiers to shoot to defend themselves. I would have gone in, secured the borders to Iran and Syria, and flattened most of the country and rebuilt it with their money.

The bigger part of my life, I was a Republican. I changed because of stem cell research.

Democrat -
I think abortion is made too easy, but it's not my place to judge anyone. so, I guess not much I don't approve on.

Both parties bow to AIPAC, and I don't support that on any level.

I'm a democrat but I cannot advocate amnesty for illegal immigrants. For once, I agree with the Republicans and their crack down on illegals.
