Although not being female, may seem weird to have a male answer this, but I say reduce. I have four older sister and 7 neices. 3 of my sisters and 2 neices had reduction, mostly due to the same reasons you are wishing to have it done. Their back was constantly a problem, hard time keeping up with baby and children. They all managed to get the surgery covered by their insurance companies since it was considered a health benefit. The age range was between 22 and 51, and all know it was the right choice, as they are doing things they never could before.. Good luck in your decision...

Neither. You need to lose weight first. You don't say what age you are - I was a 36 H (I'm only 5ft 3!) and had the same problem - I've lost three stone and I'm now down to a 32 G -I still have nearly 2 stone to go. Your back pain is probably a combination of factors and losing weight will definitely help.
Your shape can change so much- you might not need surgery. If you lose the any extra weight, a lift will probably do you just nicely! Also, the heavier you are, the more likely you are to have complicatons during surgery.
Good luck.

You've mentioned a couple of the criteria typically used for necessitating a breast reduction. Sounds like that would be your best answer. A "lift" will take little tissue out -- but your doctor can augment that to your desire.
Weight loss IS difficult for so many, so do your best.
A stone's loss in weight is pretty significant -- and could be a good start for helping your back.
Best of luck.
Cheers!

Did the PS say to lose weight or did the INSURANCE CO say to lose weight?
If your PS said that, then find another doctor.
How overweight are you?
I did not need to lose any weight prior to getting approval.
If you do just a lift, your heavy breasts will cause them to sag again, I feel just the lift is not worth it.
Check this site out it is very helpful:

Please don't take offence but with a 44in back size one thing you could try before major surgery is losing some weight, if however you are still a F cup once you have got your back size down a few inches maybe a reduction would be an option. As I said not meant to be nasty.

Don't do it on my account.
Sorry, I couldn't resist.
Yes, breast reduction should be good for your health. I dated a girl who had that surgery (before I met her) and she said it was the best thing she ever did for herself. She suffered the same symptoms as you and they were all cured. Her breasts still looked great as far as I was concerned. So yes, go for it, I hope it works as well for you as it did for her.

Breast reduction is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Reduce, you'll feel much better for it and it will help your back. My step daughter had this done and is much better off for having it.
