Neither is correct. They would be correct if you said....
1) Further to meeting with yourselves, Tony and Andrew in September 6th....
2) Further to my conversation with you both, Tony and Andrew on September 6th...
There's two people you're referring to right? You have to include them both in your pronouns.

I'd go with 1 - but its very informal???

Number "2"... because, if the person has a meeting with "yourself" means that "you'll have the meeting with yourself" and, it doesn't make sense at all.
Take care, and a hint: When you get sentences like that just "analyze" it word-by-word and soon it will make sense or it won't.

It's the second one. The first one is still correct, but it is much easier and understandable to use the second way.
