2) Further to my conversation with you both, Tony and Andrew on September 6th...
There's two people you're referring to right? You have to include them both in your pronouns.

Number "2"... because, if the person has a meeting with "yourself" means that "you'll have the meeting with yourself" and, it doesn't make sense at all.
