He is in jail. He deserves life in my opinion.

He's in the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. He will appear at a pre-trial arraignment before a judge of the District Court of Clark County at that county's Regional Justice Center in Las Vegas on Wednesday September 19th. His request for bail was denied by a District Court judge, after his arrest the other day because he has no ties to this community and he is considered to be a flight risk.
The charges he faces involve crimes committed with the use of a deadly weapon. In Nevada, those circumstances automatically double the sentence and make it a non-parole offense. So, if convicted, he faces 40 or more years in jail.

He is where he belongs in jail.
He robbed a couple of guys who had his memorabilia.
So now he is a murderer and a thief
