Neither. She helped write it - but to attribute the Contract with Amerika takeover with just healthcare is simply ignorant.

True. When her health care was shot down the Republicans seized on the opportunity to use it for a shot in the arm for the 2004 elections, led by Newt Gingrich, it worked. What is your point? She's obviously been through this mine field and has learned from it. That is what counts now.

In 2005, regarding Hillary Care, Hillary Clinton said "I learned some valuable lessons about the legislative process, the importance of bipartisan cooperation and the wisdom of taking small steps to get a big job done." In 2007, she reflected on her role in 1993-1994: "I think that both the process and the plan were flawed. We were trying to do something that was very hard to do, and we made a lot of mistakes."

A politician that could learn from their mistakes, who knew it was possible?

Geez...I kind of thought the Contract with America was responsible...but now that you mention it, lots of people who were fast asleep on political issues were energized by Hillarycare in 93'.

Oh yes, the propaganda against that was so heavy. Long lines, doctors will be out of and will have to live in shelters, and so on.

Why are we one of the few modernized nations that does not provide quality health care to all of our citizens?

False. As is your norm your question is supposition and based on your uninformed delusions, your questions are BS and apparently you fear concise questions based on factual and complete information. Get a life!!!
