I put the high gloss shine on the tires and when I drive around it splatters and stains the white parts of the car. Is there any way to remove this without hurting the paint on the car?
Thanks in advance!

usually comes right off with polish and a rag on my cars.

Only way I know is to have it buffed out at a detail shop---always apply tire shine with a sponge applicator----do not spray it directly on the tires no matter what the instructions say and let it dry before driving especially with white cars.

You should use motor oil on the tires. Work in well and it will penetrate and your tires will look like new.

it's just silicone spray, just wax it out.
