I really hate getting my hands dirty.
I'm environmentally conscious though, I'll rinse it out and use it again.

Wearing a condom while masturbating is actually good. It can give you good practice for when you have sex with other people. Then you'll know what size and brand feels best on you for the future, and the more knowledge you have the less chance of breakage. And you can take chances like these to practice putting on a condom. If you keep doing this, you can eventually find it easier to put on a condom quick before losing your erection in the future when you REALLY need it ;)
Um. I guess rinsing and reusing is okay for masturbating, but NOT for sex with other people. Don't use that same one for real sex. Just forget the environment for a minute and use a new one for doing it with another person. Because reusing can wear out the condom and it'll break.

Why worry about getting one's hands dirty? The work on hand needs dirtying other parts such as mouth, tongue.....as well.

Given you have a reason, why worry that it is or is not normal? Just do it if that's what you want. It probably is a common occurrence though, I have done it.

contrary to common belief, masturbation is NOT normal, unless it is a form of foreplay with your spouse. However we are all perverts in this modern day SodomGahmora, so...by all means use a condom every time you have any kind of sex. Any kind. thank you

its totally normal. if u want to do it like this, u can. and it will gave u more pleasure because condoms reduces the sensitivity of penis and u will enjoy more.

It's good of you to try to reduce, reuse, and recycle but you may want to consult your girlfriend before reusing a condom in any other context than the one you mention.

no its not uncommon, alot of boys do this, thiers nothing wrong with it, but dont wash and re-use thats un-hygenic, if your enviromently friendly try not using one, its not dirty at all, if you wash thier frequently then it should be fine, but if you want to be cirtain just wash your hands after.

It is a good idea. You don't want to catch anything. and it will keep you from ruining your keyboard and mouse.
