Not much. I mean, who gives a rat's @ $$ about an exgirlfriend. They can only manipulate you if you let them. Just don't talk to them. They are an ex for a reason.

I think you need to declare yourself unmanipulatable. Is that a word?... anyway, were all men here, and our best route is to toughen up. She shouldnt have been manipulating when she still was your girlfriend. you gotta send a message early and often that that aint gonna fly. Or else she will find you every weakness, and in your case, start to agitate you while in denial.

Well if anyone is trying to manipulate you and you realize it and allow it to happen then its really all on you. Cut the toxic people out of your life and you won't have those problems.

Not much. Don't fall for it. So is she hurt, helpless. She's not in the equation any more, so leave it that way, unless it's you that wants to get back together. In the olden days, the girl would get pregnant so she could marry the guy. A forced relationship is not a happy one.
