It is a life story. The author is Cassie's mom. It starts off with he mom's/author last moments with her daughter before she goes to school and is shot. Then is goes on from when she was born and all the way back around to here last moments. She went from daddy's little girl to a "troubled" child to a young beautiful lady.
I thought this book was very good.
