Yes I enjoy grits every weekend, when I have the time to fix them. I am a country girl who live in the big city. I love grits with enough salt and butter with bacon or sausage on the side with eggs and English muffins. lol

Did not know what they where, had to look it up, sounds nice
1/2 pound - bacon, coarsely diced
1/2 cup - dry YELLOW corn Grits (perpare per package)
4 or 5 - eggs (lightly beaten)
1 1/2 tablespoon - butter
Salt
Pepper
Hot sauce

I love grits, but only the real ones you get when you go down south. Like when we are on our way to Florida, and we stop at resturaunts down there....yum!

No. I personally find them discusting. I guess it's just a southern thing (liking gritts). I live in the south (I'm 13), but I lived in California untill I was 9.
