If I were to measure the densities of a block using length, width, and height...How would the calculations change if the block was actually hallow?

Im guessing the mass is changed which changes the desnity calculation? Thx..

Absolutely right. The volume would stay the same, but the mass would be less, and so, therefore, would be the density.

density is mass over volume, if it was hollow, it would be the same dimension, but much less mass, so densty would change
