Don't take anything until you have talked to your doctor (or pharmacist).

You should speak with your doctor about it but here is what I have found:

Is it safe to take Prozac during pregnancy?

The BabyCenter Editorial Team answers:
It appears to be. Researchers have examined the effects of Prozac (commonly used to treat depression and other problems) in more than 1,000 pregnant women and found that those women were no more likely to give birth to a baby with a major birth defect than other women. While one study did show a slightly greater risk of miscarriage among women on the drug, many others have not.

It's also unlikely that your baby will suffer from withdrawal symptoms if you use Prozac during your pregnancy. Why? The drug leaves the bloodstream very gradually, giving even small bodies time to adapt to its absence. Although some newborns of mothers on Prozac have shown symptoms such as irritability, shaking, or increased crying, most have not had these problems. Trials conducted by the drug's manufacturer, Eli Lilly, on more than 100 women exposed to the drug in the third trimester showed no increased risk for problems in newborns, including prematurity.

Prozac also does not seem to affect children's intellectual development or behaviour. At least one study has shown that children aged 16 months to seven years whose mothers used Prozac during their pregnancies did not have lower IQs or a higher incidence of behaviour problems than other children. However, no one knows for sure what if any long-term effects the drug may have.

If you take Prozac for depression, continuing your treatment during pregnancy may make you better able to care for yourself and your baby. But before you make the decision, weigh the risks and benefits with your GP.

yes it is. Zoloft is not safe during pregnancy. Prozac is one of the classs A,B or CI believe, thus deemed safe for pregnancy.

I found this on kellymom
"Prozac is the only drug "cleared by the FDA" for use during pregnancy. A mother on Prozac during pregnancy may wish to change drugs before birth or immediately after, or titrate the dose down in the last trimester since the existing blood plasma level in the newborn fetus plus the drug transfer through milk may lead to toxicity. Its effects on the breastfed infant have been reported in infants 2 months old or less."

Prozac is the best choice during pregnancy. But, Zoloft is shown to be the safest for breastfeeding.

Dr Thomas Hale has a pharmacology book for pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is the #1 resource used by docs. Here's what he says.

Zoloft IS safe during pregnancy. I was prescribed it by my OB and a Shrink agreed to that prescription. I also read an article in a recent pregnancy magazine that 1 in 4 pregnant women suffer with symptoms of depression and Zoloft is the #1 prescribed medication during pregnancy for it.

Prozac in Pregnancy is a Category C drug, meaning it can only be used if the benefits outweight the potential risk for mother and fetus. Meaning ONLY under the care of a physician.

Your doctor will decide if the benefits outweigh the risks of taking Prozac. My doctor opted to keep me on it, as do most. I take 20mg daily. In the past I took 20 mg every other day and I was ok. You may want to see about taking 10mg every day instead though. Best wishes.

What should I avoid while taking fluoxetine?

Drinking alcohol can increase certain side effects of fluoxetine.
Ask your doctor before taking a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for pain, arthritis, fever, or swelling. This includes aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve), celecoxib (Celebrex), diclofenac, indomethacin, meloxicam, and others. Using an NSAID with fluoxetine may cause you to bruise or bleed easily.
This medication may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert.

My OB told me I could, and even prescribed it for me. He said to stop taking it a month before I was due, though, so that the baby wouldn't have withdrawals when he was born. Talk to your OB about it.
