He was a young black guy so I don't think he's Annies brother. That's the Comeback waiter I think. This guy has something to do with the the band that is hanging around Crystals house.

He has a spider on his neck. It's Annie's brother and he isn't black. Your TV must have a problem with its color tube. Oh boy, Annie's brother with a spider on him! I can hardly wait to see what happens! He killed a frog already, what might he do next?

I thought it was a scar not a tattoo. I am guessing it has something to do with 9/11 because he refused to go to the memorials.

i thought it was someone that he was involved in a gang with at the prison..but for sure he is out for revenge for her taking such a big part of his life
