I know a few Bengals fans and they have no shame. They are still bragging about beating my Ravens by a touchdown in a game were the Ravens turned the ball over 6 times. I was embarressed by the 6 turnovers, btw. But they have no shame in losing to the Browns. Is there something wrong with that scenario or is it just me?

Tom C- I sense some bitterness. My team won this week, hun. I am very happy and week one is already forgotten, aside from those pesky Bengals fans that are in question.

Yes.
Can we stop calling Marvin Lewis a defensive genius now?

Should the fans be embarrassed? NO, they didn't play in the game. As for the team, I'm sure the defense is feeling a little low on themselves. I think this was the classic case of looking beyond the game to the next team.
All of the teams in the AFC North tend to play each other hard. Every year, no matter what. There were times during those lean years for the Bengals when two or thrr out of four or five wines would be against divisional rivals. Hell, a couple of years ago when KC was 9-0 and strolled into Cincy ready for an easy win, the Bengals put it to them.
Any team can beat any other team with a good game plan. I think Anderson was worried that if he didn't perform like a superstar, he'd be shipped off just like Frye.
Lets let the season play out a little farther and then maybe we can begin to worry about it.

Not at all. While i'm a fan of a few Bengals players (Carson Palmer-No. 9, Rudi Johnson-No. 32, TJ Houshmandzadeh- No. 84, and Chad Johnson-Ocho Cinco!), this is nothing they should get embarrassed about. It was just a great game, a shootout. I love games like that! You can be a mediocre team and beat a great team any day of the week. It all depends on how hungry you are!

the Bengals have merely had 2 great wins on the line over the Packers, and against the protecting champion Steelers. they are 2-a million and can be 3-0 devoid of the Stokley miracle seize. they have been enjoying sturdy soccer at the instant and that i do no longer see them dropping. the Browns have quite of a great gamble yet they are basically a poor soccer team suitable now and the Bengals are greater advantageous than we although. i do no longer see the Bengals dropping

the bengals offense should not be embarressed, they went out and scored a lot more then you need to win a game, however..the defense is in my view the worst in the NFL by far, and that will be the reason the bengals will only win 8 games tops this year..the defense is terrible...letting a mediocre quarterback run over you like that, if the bengals defense can't hold their ground against other teams, you will be seeing games similar to this one all season long.

Any team should be embarrassed when Any other team scores 50 on them. If theyre not then something is wrong with the teams mentality because thats embarassing. But when its the Browns scoring 50 that should be an automatic blackball for the playoffs, or 10 new defensive starters or something equally drastic

Absolutely!! The blown coverages for the Bengal's D outnumbered the proper coverages they had in that game. Everytime a playaction fake happened, the safeties bit. Every Time!! The Brown's D should be embarrassed as well.

Bengals should only be proud that nobody on their team has been arrested yet at this point in the season. Allowing 51 points is embarrassing and it sounds like the fans in question have no shame.

Bengal fans embarrassed ? Why ? They didn't blow one tackle or give up one reception. You haven't let go of the last loss. You say you're embarrassed. Are you the owner of the team ? Or are you one of those who have an alternate existence nurtured thru a football team (and not a very good one at that) because your real existence is so insignificant and maudlin that it is impossible to cope with ?
Get a life. You'll be so much happier if you do.

the browns are the new arizona cardinals of the league. Losing to them is bad enough, but letting them score 51 points, thats how much a whole basketball team scores in one good half! The bengals put on an embarrassing performance, and New England should wipe the floor with them come oct 1st
