Well, Santa's elves aren't busy at Easter, so I presume the Easter Bunny hires then as seasonal contract workers.

The Bunny eats lots of hallucinogenics and lays the colorful eggs. I don't think you want to know about the chocolate bunnies. I refuse to eat them.
