The guy is Johnny Zacchara. Anthony Zacchara will be arriving in Port Charles in October. I don't think he's going to rape her because Lulu is gonna stand up for him against Jason.

The person above me is correct......The guy Lulu got into the car with is Zacchara's son and he takes her to a barn and Jason and Spinelli rescue her and Jason and Liz end up trapped in the barn together.
