Red wine. Beer is pretty much a Bavarian thing even for a Deutchvolken. Try some Rhine wine once in a while.

I love beer, i am also german. But i love my mixed drinks. Try some mango rum, pineapple rum, orange juice and (fresh fruit) like cut up strawberries and rasberries. VERY GOOD. just :
1 part mango rum
1 part pineapple rum
1 part orange juice
mix together with a shaker and ice, and put into a glass. Add some fresh fruit to top it off and YUMMY!!
