I just could not believe what I was seeing when I read that. Yes, I live in western PA (close to Cumberland MD) and we do not have a diverse population, but I would never say anything like that. It does not matter what color your skin is as to how intelligent you are. People can be so ignorant. It really makes me sick and sad to think that this is the world that we live in.
