Need to send complaint letter to Johnson and Johnson?
recently bought a no tears shampoo that burned my eyes and my 2 year olds. emailed complaint and got a refund check for the product, $3.99. I wish to return check with letter stating that this is an inadequate compensation. I am not looking for tons of $$$$, but 3.99 is just an insult, if it were your kids I am sure it would upset you that Johnson and Johnson put a 3.99 sales tag on your daughters eyes. any real suggestions?
READ BELOW FOR DETAILS:
1. I DID NOT CASH CHECK
2. I NEED THE MAILING ADDRESS MORE THAN I NEED POINTLESS COMMENTS ABOUT FRIVOLOUS LAWSUITS.
3. I AM NOT SEEKING LEGAL ACTION
4. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A NON-GENERAL LETTER THAT SAYS "HEY, WE ACTUALLY GIVE A @#%!"
5. NO ONE POURED SOAP IN ANYONES EYES, JUST WHAT CAME OFF HAIR IN SHOWER DILUTED.
6. NOT A JOKE, THE LACK OF ETHICS IN BUSINESS IS BEING PUSHED ASIDE FOR MORE PROFIT.

I assume that those who agree with J&J don't have children, sad.

you know what i agree your childs eyes are worth more than $4! I'm tired of these big companies not giving a sh*t anymore about the customers. I think [I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A NON-GENERAL LETTER THAT SAYS "HEY, WE ACTUALLY GIVE A @#%!"] would be a good line to add in make sure you tell them that you wont be recommending their products to all the people you know or meet. good luck

I disagree with your premise, because a refund is perfectly legitimate. They didn't read your mind as to what you apparently specifically wanted, but that doesn't mean they have no ethics. I don't think that they put a sales tag on your daughter's eyes, they just refunded your money when you complained.

A full refund is perfectly legitimate when you didn't have any lasting injuries (if she was blind, that would be a different story, but the shampoo burned her eyes, which is what happens when shampoo gets in your eyes. Get real.) If you wanted compensation, then you should have told them that.

I guess you just don't have anything better to do, so if you want to write to them, go for it. Go on their website and write to them, but it probably won't do any good without any actual injuries or a lawsuit.

it variety of looks like everytime a team does nicely, "they are cheating" by some skill. and this generally occurs while the 48team does great. in case you have persist with NASCAR on condition that Jimmie joined the cup, a lot of his 33 wins have come an identical way. He races secure the comprehensive race and interior the tip he purely takes to the air. additionally The 40 8 has the final team chief and pit team. those 2 factors beneficial help a driving force to win a race...and if Jimmie is using each thing is robust

Just a suggestion... pull the line about "Not seeking Legal Action" out of your letter. For many of our corporations, unless they perceive that they may lose serious money they will just ignore the complaint. Just do not say anything about legal action and let the corp. wonder.

Have kids-
This sort of pointless griping is just very tiresome and sets a very poor example for children.
That's why you are receiving such very little sympathy.
A refund is all your going to get- write the letter if you so feel the need

Call their 800 customer service number and ask for an address.

What are you trying to accomplish? They won't give a crap if you mail the check back to them with a nasty letter.

I don't see how you think they are pushing aside ethics for more profit when they returned your money.

Do a Y! search under "Johnson & Johnson."

If I were still working, I would not do anything more than give you a refund and take the product back.

No one was injured.
