What is the next excuse to raise gas prices at the pump?

shortage of chickens in Alaska, so we have to raise the price of gas, chicken poo can be used as a future fuel source so if there is a shortage of chickens then uh oh , you are going to have to pay now my friends for eating all that chicken :(
