Make life easier on yourself. Just buy a bluetooth USB adapter. They are so cheap nowadays.

No. WiFi (wireless a, b, g, and n) are a totally different set of technologies than bluetooth, and both technologies are not compatible with each other. However, you could check Tiger Direct, Fry's, Microcenter, Overstock, and eBay for cheap bluetooth adapters.
