The request for payment through Western Union is a red flag. You may send your payment and never receive anything. With a Western Union payment you have no recourse unless you have a friend in the Chinese police. If you pay by Mastercard/Visa or Paypal you can refuse to pay the bank if you never receive the product. Be careful.
