no, they pretended that justin was dead to claire, but claire found out that he was still alive and jumped into the car and drove off a cliff, sending warrens sister and her into the water. Clare "drowns" into the sea and the sis is rescued.

No,saw it on E4 he only made it seem like he did so he could get Clare do 'give him back' Katie without having to sacrifice anything,I had a feeling her wouldn't anyway and also why would say that I mean he could and did fake it and will be likely to get away with it,but her...
