Well some say it's the ghost of Cindy-which is possible but I don't think they would do that again after the whole bringing back Den from the dead.It seems like it's not her sister-but then again you never know with Eastenders so I'll go for his other son Peter or the daughter or Cindy's sister who is ironically called Cindy.
