Over the urinal I observed that somebody wrote on the grout between the tiles "seek for" with an arrow pointing up. some tiles up it stated it lower back. Then a tile up from there it stated 'look down, you purely peed on your shoes"

This may not be quite as good as that one but my son made one up (he's 18 now though) -- it is entitled:
POTTY PING PONG and then it has "Look Here" and there's a spot and on the spot (ping pong ball ha ha) it says "Look at the opposite wall" and there is a dot and on that dot it says "Look at the opposite wall' ---

That's pretty good. Made me chuckle.
Once in Austria, I was in a bar that had scenes painted on each tile of the bathroom wall. Each on was these fat naked men and ladies. if you followed them in order, it told the story of their courtship and ended with two fat *** mofos screwing. Its not as funny as what you posted but it was pretty creative and I will def never forget it.

on the all-girl floor of my friends dorm in college there was a print out on the back of the stall doors outlining all the different types of poo's one could take. it was pretty funny
