As far as Batting Ave is concerned, The Great Sir Donald Bradman from Australia helds the record of 99.94. The most unlucky UNCLE would have achieved an ave of 100.00 if he didnt get out for 'duck' in his last innings, when he required only 4 runs to be perfect 100. He had scored 6996 runs in 70 innings.

Sir Don Bradman. of Australia with a staggering average of 99.94 in 52 test matches......going into his last innings,Sir Bradman needed only a boundary to make his average 100......but he got bowled for a duck...leaving him stuck on 99.94.....and he had announced his retirement way before the match and back in those days when the game was truly a gentleman's game...you honoured your word...... n Bradman and he is also a best batsman that world has ever seen.
