You have two methods of finding the slope, First thing you have to do for both is solve for y so Y= (4-2x)/3 so the slope would be x which in this case is 2/3. The other way would be to plug in two points and using the x2 - x1/ y2 - y1.

i believe you have to use the formula: y=mx+b where m is the slope.
so solve for y:
2x-4=3y
y=(2/3)x-(4/3)
so m=2/3 which is the slope
