-3y = 4 - 2x.

+3y = 2x - 4.

y = (2x)/3 - 4/3.

y = (2/3)x - 4/3.

Slope = 2/3.

You have two methods of finding the slope, First thing you have to do for both is solve for y so Y= (4-2x)/3 so the slope would be x which in this case is 2/3. The other way would be to plug in two points and using the x2 - x1/ y2 - y1.

-3y = -2x + 4
y = (2/3)x + 4/3

slope = 2/3

i believe you have to use the formula: y=mx+b where m is the slope.
so solve for y:
2x-4=3y
y=(2/3)x-(4/3)
so m=2/3 which is the slope
