i had one done during my pregnancy and they perform it the same way as a regular one they just have more advanced equipment. the place i went to was wonderful! you could invite people to come watch and they had big couches and numerous tv's in the room as well as a big projection screen television to watch it on. they also recorded it and sent me home with the dvd of it and they set it to nursery rhyme background music. and they also paid for a year's subscription to parenting magazine. i hope you have as wonderful of an experience as i did and for all that great stuff it was still very reasonably priced! good luck and congrats :)

No, it won't conceal 3-D ultrasounds, merely the frequently used black and white in 2 length. I even have actual in no way met every physique whose assurance covers a three-D ultrasound, yet that doesn't propose no agencies do. i be attentive to mine did no longer. consistent with probability if there are problems and it particularly is mandatory they might...yet for the main section, the three-D/4d are seen merely greater for relaxing. I had one completed at a private facility. I did the main inexpensive kit, I have been given 4 shade prints, 2 black an white, and a ten minute ultrasound (no dvd or something like that) and it grew to become into $one hundred. I stay in California.

My sister-in-law got a fantastic ultrasound picture of my niece's face with the newer technology. I seems like the same procedure, just more detail.

Many mother's seem to enjoy the results!

yes it basically is the exact same thing as a regular ultra-sound. when i had my 3-D done, they had to shake my belly so that my little jack would get into a position that would give us a clearer picture. but it was totally awesome. he is 5 months now and looks jsut like his 3-d pics, very uncanny!

Hi I had one of these and they are fantastic the same concept applies with the gel on the tummy etc but you don't need a full bladder to get a good picture.

Enjoy it they are amazing
Good luck let me know how it went!!

Yeah, exactly the same way, if it's your first 3d scan, get ready for a shock, it's incredible.
