I plan to travel to these countries during my winter holiday (end of January to mid February) but am a bit worried that cold winds + heavy snow might hinder my travels. Any advice anybody?

My friends who visited Prague 2 years ago for example, said the whole city was covered in snow, an pretty much they had to paddle their way across the city to get to anywhere they wanted to.

Then another group of friends visited again this year in february and the whole place was high and dry. Not a spot of snow. Just chilly. And they said it was due to the global warming phenomenon. What about this year? Any predictions on what the weather is going to be like?

It will be cold but if you are dressed correctly you do not feel it. So hats, gloves, scarves and coats are needed definitely and maybe a thermal just in case. As for travelling they are used to snow and therefore your travelling shouldnt be hindered too much because they know how to deal with it. There is great transport system in Prague which should mean that you do not have to wade through the snow for long but just in case bring shoes with grip.

Croatia - bypass to brela, bol, brac, kornat Brela is a city on the adriatic coast, on a similar time as the different 3 are islands. Very perfect.. they're vacationer components, yet no longer that nicely commonly used. Serbia - there are a lot of forests and mountains everywhere you bypass. i'm helpful you will hit upon a stable place to bypass trekking. sorry i do no longer know actual names. besides bypass to Novi unhappy besides as Djerdap nationwide Park.. very perfect Oh and while you're in Serbia be helpful to bypass white water rafting.

The weather will be cold and and windy. There will probably be ice, you may encounter some heavy snow. But this shouldn't be much trouble for travelling.

I would visit weather.com/vacation. The vacation planner is full of tools that you will find helpful when planning for your trip. There is historical data, averages, city guides and even a printable "what to pack" tool. I hope you find this useful and have a great trip!
