As you can easily read in the first two sentances of the Fox News article the Campus police were the idiots who tasered the kid not any of Kerry's cronies or body guards but the police. Spining something that fox news wouldnt spin just shows the sad desperation you have.

Yes I notice the Typo Scott B. thank you for pointing that out, but you still dodged the question when I ask a question I expect an answer not some punk who thinks he is smart because he can correct my spelling. Showing my spelling mistake but not answering the question just shows you have no mind and just want to say crap and make an *** of yourself

Examples just look at all the questions listed by conservatives on Yahoo answers they all make that implication.

To clear up my Fox news comment I said fox news is not even trying to spin this, but many of people on the right especially on this site have been trying to spin this.

"A University of Florida student who was arrested and Tasered during a forum featuring Sen. John Kerry not only touched off a national debate about campus free speech but also a discussion on whether campus police went too far."

That's the first paragraph from foxnews.com. Where do you see that they are blaming Kerry? It says at a forum featuring John Kerry, it doesn't anywhere imply these were his "cronies." I cannot stand ignorance. No matter who was at the forum, this student should not have been tasered if they could have subdued him without this.

This is the first paragraph of the article:

"A University of Florida student who was arrested and Tasered during a forum featuring Sen. John Kerry not only touched off a national debate about campus free speech but also a discussion on whether campus police went too far."

What am I not seeing that you are? I got this from Fox News. If this isn't the article you're referring to, please provide a link.

To everyone who answered "Nobody is saying Kerry tasered that student", I suggest you take a look at what your fellow travellers are asking in the newer questions.

I'm an independent. I have no affection for the Kerrys, only for facts.

Rightwingers, fine company you keep while protesting too much. Your Stalinist comrades are all over this one, claiming Kerry did it. Go look.

I would like to know where you found your information, I see nothing of the sort, maybe it was a liberal posing attempting to make people think that is how a conservative thinks? The key to the media is to make people believe through a headline that the article is worth reading. I found nothing that would "spin" this into something done by kerry or his people, even though i personally do not like kerry. Your comment is rather sad as it attempts to put republicans into a party who believes as you do.

I didn't get that. I guess what hit me is too many of these public forums have gotten extremely loud and in some cases with a mob like mentality to where no one seems to respect the guidelines anymore. I've seen much worse on college campuses like when a bunch ran the stage of the Minutemen claiming it was "free speech" to stop the speakers from speaking.

This was 1 guy and got tazed when there were obviously enough cops to take him out without that. But at the same time....he broke the forum rules......with freedom comes responsibility and it's best to respect the limits before you loose the freedom.

Just like all the people who blame republicans. It was Campus police, plain an simple, not republicans or democrats or Kerry. Whether these officers were right in what they did is another debate. But neither party made the choices in this case.

He was disrupting a political event and wouldn't shut up.
I never listen to Fox news they are so much prapaganda that I never believe anything they say they remind me of the national enquirer.
But I do think the police should not be so quick to use those tasers. That wasn't necessary, he was hand cuffed and a few large men could remove him easily and it did give the radical religious extremists ammo to call all Democrats violent.
While they have caused 4000 young men to die in Iraq.
some are saying the whole thing from him screaming to the taser was a set up by the Republicans and I wouldn't doubt it a bit. They know they are losing and in desperation will probably do lots of things like that. So hang on.

The kid was pretty nice to Kerry even though he kind of got on a rambling spree. The fact that he got tasered is not surprising since free speech or not, he was being pretty unruly.

Cons are attempting to divert attention from more serious matters like Bush's incompetence and continuing Republican sex crimes. Since Larry Craig was arrested for soliciting gay sex the head of the Michigan Young Republicans has gone to prison for 5 years for raping another member. Last week a Florida Republican and Asst. DA was arrested for soliciting sex with a 5 year old thru her informant mother. The con bragged that he had experience at it and knew how to do it without pain to the child.

Let the cons have some taser fun. Their days are numbered.
