I think that this is ridiculous. I read something about people questioning wether or not these people are employed or have highschool diplomas. Where does this country get off doing that stuff? Freedom? If it ends here where else will it end. I thought we were free to express ourselves. As long as the persons body is covered up that is all that should matter. My husband dresses that way and I find nothing wrong with it. My 6 yr old son dresses the same way and he gets good grades in school and is very respectable.
Boxers are basically shorts and men even wear those shorts that end at their knees (long shorts, basketball shorts, whatever). I could see those briefs or boxer briefs but not shorts/ boxers whatever you want to call them. There is a fine line between indecent exposure and being covered up. And I have nothing wrong with people being comfortable in what they wear.

Wearing baggy jeans has been around for along time since the late 80's. They are just deciding to do a ban on it now. I'm surprised. Personally i think guys look better when their jean fit. But if young men prefer to wear baggy jeans then oh well. I'm surprised that someone hasn't come up with a Jeans that mock this look so you don't have to show your undies but still look nice. i think a lot of people don't know that these young guys are wearing two pairs of undies do you don't see any thing swinging out. Also a bit of trivia. This look started in the prisons the B*tch would have to wear his pant low to show his status. Why men want to look like they are easy rape victims i'll be know but more power to you.

Fines? Yes! I get really tired of looking at mens bootys! Maybe they think that jail time is to allow the men to take the saggy pants back to where it originated.
Did you know that the saggy pants started in jail? It was actually when a man was letting other men know that he was available, he would sag his pants. This is actually how it started...research it.
Personally I think it's gross and I don't think men know how it all came to be and if they new they were sending the signal that they were available to other men I think there would be lots less of it.

I think this is ridiculious. The saggy pants style has been around for years and being fined for a certain style people like to maintain is ridiculious. I think this is discriminating towards certain cultures and unless someone is doing a crime, then they shouldn't be treated like a criminal just because of their style of clothing.
I highly disagree with this.

I don't think it's right to be fined or get jail time for saggy pants. Although I do think they look very stupid!

it's not exreme if they are jailing on the pretense of "indecent exposure" like showing your butt, because depending on what state you live in, that alone is jail time.
but if you're not showing buttcrack, then it's extreme. what direction is our government going to when they start regulating what we wear.

It looks ridiculous
It looks gangsta
It is foolish
BUT
This is America, as long as it is not indecent, it should NOT be illegal.
What should be illegal is people thinking they can legislate good taste.
To each his own,
they're just kids, its a fad. I think it's a stupid one, but when I was a kid, my elders thought some of our fads were too.

There is a reason they are called "underwear". If you do not have enough self-esteem to keep them covered, I guess you need a keeper to help you.

nope. i think that's ridiculous.
wearing your pants below your *** is silly too but if people want to wear them that way, it's their business. we all have the right to wear whatever we want to however we want to.
