No but you can do it easy enough:
just remove the back plate with a screwdriver
push the busted string out through the back and replace it the reverse way to put the new ones in, making sure they locate in the little 'socket' and that you fit them over the bridge. Just make sure you get them in the right order, easy on a bass.
then replace the back plate and tune away!
